What's the best time for your meals?
I Usually eat breakfast around 7:30. My problem has been lunch since at work I only get a 30 min break. Anyway, what I plan to do is to have a bigger breakfast at my regular time and eat healthy snacks during my 30 min break. I will have my lunch around 3:30 pm and a light dinner or healthy snacks around 7 pm.
